download IDX participating brokers listing data and images from the hose MLS
system. This option provides the broker with listing data in ASCII (text)
format and image files in JPEG format. The
broker must them work with a web developer to format and display the data. If a broker is working with a National
Aggregator then only their listings will be transferable.
