For example if a broker will offer 100% commission to their agents, then it is wise to charge agents for providing Contact Management Software, Agent websites, IDX, etc. We will provide such tools at no additional cost to you and it is up to you how these tools will be used.

This means additional revenues for the broker at no additional cost!

The Franchising Concept

1. You, as the Franchisor, will be offering a Franchise, or license, for the use of your trademark, marketing ideas, sales procedures, advertising layouts and training materials.
You will be charging fees that are Initial and ongoing. These range from $10,000-$25,000 as an upfront Franchise Fee and ongoing monthly royalties (5-6%). The fee structure depends on your business model-- and it is up to you. We do not tell you what to charge; you develop that as a part of your business model and plan.

2. We will provide you with assistance in creating and crafting the required paperwork, UFOC, training materials, and we will make our software available to you. Your Attorney or CPA can review any and all documents. We want you to be satisfied with this business arrangement.

3. We can also provide your Franchise network with sales leads, which will bring additional income to your Franchisees.
